JarvisOS Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 23, 2026

JarvisOS is an internal publishing tool built and operated by the Vaudreuil Islamic Community Centre in Vaudreuil-Dorion, Quebec. Our staff use it to schedule and publish the centre's own videos to the centre's own social media accounts, including TikTok. It is not a public service and has no public user accounts.

What we collect. When a staff member connects the centre's TikTok account, TikTok sends JarvisOS basic profile information for that account (open id, display name, avatar) and OAuth tokens that authorize JarvisOS to upload and publish videos to that account. JarvisOS does not collect any information about other TikTok users, followers, or viewers, and it does not track anyone.

How we use it. Profile information is shown to staff so they can confirm the right account is connected. Tokens are used only to upload and publish the centre's videos to the connected account.

Storage and sharing. Tokens and profile information are stored locally on hardware managed by the centre. We do not sell, share, or transfer this data to anyone. Data leaves the centre's systems only as API calls to TikTok itself.

Deletion. Disconnecting the TikTok account from JarvisOS deletes its tokens. For any question or request about data, write to info-iccvs@islamvaudreuil.ca.
